ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
We’re looking for an International Marketing Assistant who will closely work with our International Marketing Managers. As a member of our amazing Marketing team, you will collaborate in building International Strategy for your regions and the delivery of global 360 marketing plans, ensuring utmost integrity of brand representation at all customer touch points. You will report to both APAC/ME marketing manager and EUR/US marketing manager, working across all regions. By the end of your internship, you will have developed both agility and ability to adapt to shifting market dynamics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
International marketing strategy
- Contribute to the adaptation of the global marketing strategy to local markets and their specificities, ensuring the perfect execution of the Brand strategy.
- Prepare the consolidation of regional launching plans for internal use.
- Participate in follow-up weekly meetings with each market and remain their point of contact for operational requests (lab samples, sampling, TOAs and collateral requests).
Reporting
Gather quantitative and qualitative post campaign analysis from markets on our launch performances and compile info for global reporting.
Compile competitor reviews and best practices on trade marketing activities and create monthly report.
Coordination for creative content and assets
Be the key liaison between markets and content team for delivery of content.
Support creative briefs for market local asset requests (image crops, retail invitations, etc.).
Check all asset request from markets to ensure all relevant information are filled, share asset request to content team for content creation.
Visual merchandising
Training
Day to day support
Manage shipments, couriers, proof of deliveries as required.
Adhoc support as required.

We would like you to start in January 2023, this is a 6-months full time paid internship.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT INTERN
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling you to work easily with all types of interlocutors, be they internal or external, at an international level.
- You have a solid “project management” and hardworking mindset. This implies being curious and proactive to look for all necessary information, managing deadlines, prioritizing your tasks, multitasking…
- You already know or want to know more about how marketing strategies are implemented on the field, in our stores.
- You are passionate about the Beauty and/or Luxury industry and curious to gain knowledge about the specificities of points of sales in these sectors.
- You have an international mindset : you enjoy working with other cultures and understand the adaptation this requires.
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO
You are a master student in business school/university, looking for an end-of-study internship (ideally).
You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university

- You are fluent in English and French (you are comfortable talking and writing in English).
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
