Pour l’ensemble des marques Stellantis France périmètre APRES VENTE : – Coordination WEB (sites internet et espaces clients) : Création de briefs, traduction de contenu, gestion et mise à jour des sites et espaces clients, par exemple : fiat.fr, Opel.fr, myAlfaRomeo, etc. – Coordination CRM : Création de briefs CRM (SMS, e-mail) Contrôle & validation des e-mails lors des refontes CRM – Coordination Digital & Social Media : Traduction et Rédaction des Editorial Plans mensuels pour Facebook, Instagram, Twitter et LinkedIn Coordination des posts Organiques APV (Après-Vente) sur les Réseaux Sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter et LinkedIn) – Autres missions : Benchmark/Analyse des communications du Groupe / réseaux concurrents Rédaction de circulaire / notes pour le réseau Déploiement des campagnes avec des supports de communication en concession (PLV papier : affiche, kakémono, bâche, etc. PLV digital : écran d’accueil, vidéos, etc.). Suivi du travail des agences de communication sur les différents supports (approche 360°) Participation à des sujets transverses : économie circulaire, label Spoticar, label camping-car, label vitrage, Eurorepar, etc.
