As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a one-year fixed-term contract, you will join CHANEL's newly established Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise for Europe, based in Paris, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level profiles across multiple markets — and play an active role in shaping the processes, standards and employer brand of this new center . Working at the crossroads of Hiring Managers, HRBPs, the Talent Development team and the People & Organization teams across the region, you will help build the foundation of how CHANEL attracts talent in Europe.
