About the position
As part of a three-person HR team, and within an HR function currently undergoing transformation and offering strong development opportunities, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across a dedicated scope.
Your key responsibilities
You will act as a trusted advisor to managers on day-to-day HR matters and support them in handling individual employee situations.
Drive and support key HR processes including performance management, compensation review cycles, competency development, and career development discussions.
Participate in identifying and monitoring training and development needs.
Support recruitment activities from workforce planning and job definition through to onboarding new employees.
Contribute to employee experience initiatives, employee engagement, and Quality of Work Life actions.
Ensure compliance with labor law requirements, company policies, and applicable agreements.
Produce and maintain HR reporting for your assigned scope.
Act as a referent for one or more HR topics such as HRIS, Artificial Intelligence, skills management, job classification, and related projects.
This position is for you if ...
You hold a Master's degree (Master's level/Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (IAE, Business School, etc.).
You have at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role supporting managers within an international environment.
You have a strong interest in developing and improving HR digital tools and systems.
You have a solid understanding of individual labor law and core HR processes.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You are service-oriented, autonomous, pragmatic, and recognized for your interpersonal and communication skills.
