Supply Chain Manager (M/F)
Howmet Fastening Systems, a major player in the aerospace industry, is seeking its future Supply Chain Manager for its manufacturing site located in Saint-Cosme-en-Vairais, France.
As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will oversee all Supply Chain activities within a demanding and international industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth execution of Supply Chain processes including procurement, production planning/scheduling, customer service, receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities.

Plan production according to workload forecasts, industrial capacities, workforce, production equipment, and material availability to ensure efficient flow management.

Monitor Supply Chain KPIs and ensure accurate forecasting follow-up.

Analyze delays, operational issues, and waste sources to identify root causes and implement corrective action plans.

Actively contribute to continuous improvement and Supply Chain transformation projects.

Participate in the development of new services, new flows, and operational optimizations.

Ensure compliance with IMEX regulations and process conformity during internal and external audits.

Interface with corporate teams, customers, other plants, and regulatory authorities when required.

Lead, support, and develop teams as well as frontline supervisors within the department.

Deploy site objectives across teams and foster a collective performance- and customer-focused mindset.

Contribute to the definition and deployment of the site strategy as a member of the Leadership Team.

Promote effective cross-functional communication between all site departments.
Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a Supply Chain leadership role within a demanding industrial environment.
Strong leadership and performance management skills.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on operational approach.
Ability to work in an international environment.
Professional English required.
