We are seeking a driven and highly organised Practice Manager to lead our Gillingham practice. We are open to training an experienced dental nurse and supporting them with the necessary training to succeed in the role.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, supporting and developing the team, and driving the continued performance and growth of the practice.
You will be working alongside a well-established and experienced team, with the autonomy to lead effectively while ensuring high standards of patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency are consistently maintained.
The practice is a 6-surgery site equipped with Carestream R4, fully digital systems, and rotary endodontic equipment. It benefits from a friendly and supportive team environment and is conveniently located on the London Victoria line.
We are looking for a conscientious, focused and motivated individual. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a very experienced team.
Kodak R4 software system. We have digital x-rays and a rotary endo system.
Current NHS performer number required.
