18-Month Fixed-Term Contract (CDD)
Reporting to the Group HRIS Specialist and working closely with the Head of HR France, this role has been created to support a defined programme of Workday deployment, localisation, integration and enhancement activities across France.
As a highly acquisitive business, Pest Control Partnership is undertaking significant transformation and integration activities across its French operations. We require an experienced Workday professional with strong configuration expertise and experience supporting French HR and payroll processes. Working closely with the Head of HR France and local HR team, the successful candidate will translate business and regulatory requirements into effective Workday configuration and processes, ensuring the platform is optimised for the French environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring French-specific processes, supporting acquisitions, implementing system enhancements, documenting procedures, training users and ensuring Workday is deployed in a way that supports both local compliance requirements and Group standards.
This is a project-focused role designed to deliver a defined programme of work. Upon completion of the implementation and enhancement programme, responsibility for ongoing operation of Workday will transfer to the local HR team, with oversight from the Group HRIS function.
Workday Deployment & Localisation

Lead the localisation of Workday processes and workflows for France.

Configure Workday to support French employment law, payroll, absence management, time management and employee lifecycle requirements.

Ensure system configuration aligns with applicable French legal and regulatory requirements.

Support the deployment of Workday across French entities and newly acquired businesses.

Collaborate with Group HRIS, Payroll, HR and operational stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Process Design & Configuration

Design, document and implement French HR processes and workflows within Workday.

Configure business processes, approvals and security structures to support local operational requirements.

Support the development and implementation of system enhancements required to address current business needs and integration activities.

Ensure alignment between Group standards and local French requirements.
Acquisition Integration

Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired French businesses into Workday.

Harmonise employee data, organisational structures and HR processes.

Assist with data migration, validation and cleansing activities.

Support change management and transition activities during integration projects.
Testing & Data Quality

Coordinate and execute system testing and user acceptance testing activities.

Validate configuration, workflows, integrations and reporting outputs.

Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency throughout implementation activities.

Support issue resolution and troubleshooting during deployment and stabilisation phases.
Documentation, Training & Knowledge Transfer

Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides and training materials.

Deliver training to HR teams, managers and key stakeholders.

Provide post-deployment support during stabilisation periods.

Facilitate knowledge transfer to local HR teams and the Group HRIS function.

Support the transition of ongoing system ownership to operational teams following project completion.

Qualifications:

A University or post graduate degree or experience in lieu.

Proven experience working with Workday in France.
