The technician's primary focus is user support, and the ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365, as well as a general understanding of internal networks (CCNA certification would be an asset).
The role may involve some hands-on tasks, including installation, integration, and cabling. This position will be based in our Monaco office, with some travel to our Antibes office and occasionally to more remote locations.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Providing technical support for computer hardware and software.
Resolving staff issues via phone, in person, or remotely. Logging bugs, problems, and enhancement requests.
Performing hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.
Promptly resolving technical issues using available company resources.
Maintaining accurate accounting of branch company assets.
This includes accounts for purchased hardware.
Work within a globally distributed IT team in a governance framework that is currently evolving.
Bilingualism: French/English. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), including Intune, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Good knowledge of network configuration and management, including telephony and firewalls.
Clear documentation and reporting skills. Excellent teamwork and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills with users, including partners and C-Suite level staff, particularly in a remote support context. Ability to work with senior team members to resolve network issues remotely, following instructions. Ability to work to tight deadlines, schedules, and delivery times.
