At our site in Caen, France, and as a IC &system validation engineer, you will be part of an inspiring team of 30people including RF IC architects, RF Design Engineers, Verification/modeling Engineers, Test & Product engineers & Quality engineers.
Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Define the Validation strategy of new mmW and High-speed digital circuits.
Develop the hardware tools for Silicon validation, manual and automated: from definition to debug.
Program optimized software for manual and automated testing (Python...).
Build a characterization plan in coordination with Design, Test engineering & Applications.
Conduct the project validation per the plan with the other Lab team members.
Perform IC parametric and functional bench-level measurements.
Support Design debug investigations.
Analyze results, report the test cases, and follow-up on issues.
Coordinate with a cross-functional team: Design/ Test / Product / Program management/ Application / FA / etc...
Your Profile:
Master degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or comparable
Knowledge in MMW/RF and/or high-speed digital test methods and measurement techniques.
Practical experience in Software (python) and Hardware debugging and troubleshooting
Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools
Knowledge of signal processing and IA is a plus
Good problem-solving skills to resolve silicon and system application issues.
Structured and analytical way of working.
High degree of autonomy, self-motivation, and delivering results
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams and can-do attitude.
