We are currently recruiting a Retail HR Business Partner to join the French HR Team based in our Paris office. You will be reporting into the Senior HR Manager but will partner closely with Store Operations and the wider HR and Labor Law team to deliver HR services for our store populations .
This is an opportunity for someone with strong HR generalist experience in a retail environment, who enjoys partnering closely with stores, supporting managers on people topics, and ensuring HR practices are applied consistently and in line with French labour requirements.
What you will be responsible for :
Ensure all HR policies and tools are properly applied in their area through regular store visits and HR audits, in line with country’s legal requirements, and provide communication and training on this when required .
Deliver the UMC recruitment program at the local level by supporting candidate attraction, conducting interviews, extending offers, and driving continuous improvement through new ideas and process enhancements.
