Overview
As Retail Coordinator, France, Belgium, Geneva and Middle-East, you will be an integral member of the team and serve as key support to our retail network across Moncler France, Belgium, Geneva and Middle-East .
You will work closely with our Retail Director in the region, having the opportunity to develop on the various aspects of the Retail Management function.
Your Impact
Responsibilities:
- Direct reporting to the Retail Director France, Belgium, Geneva and Middle-East
- Pivotal role within the area, assisting the Retail Director in the coordination of the stores network
- Collaboration and support of the Retail Director in day-to-day business (i.e. schedule management, business trip bookings)
- Planning and conducting SM meetings and assisting with client events.
- Operational support for special projects at the POS
- Assist with new store development and prepare presentations
- Collaborate on boutique openings/refurbishments
- Constant KPI monitoring and follow up for all stores of the network
- Interface between individual departments and the stores
- Support in all omnichannel aspects the Retail Director and the omnichannel department EMEA
- Maintenance of databases and calendars
- Monitoring and support of the training in the stores (MINE)
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Around 2 years of experience with a background in retail, D2C, and / or luxury fashion environment.
- Versatile and flexible; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt to the needs of the business. Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
- Prioritizes efficiently and is organized
- Excellent French and English communication skills, both oral and written; follows professional presentation
- Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail needed
- Works with pace and takes initiative on projects and assignments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize when being given multiple assignments at once
- Must be a self-starter, energetic, and have a positive attitude
- Acts with integrity at all times and is able to keep confidential information.
