Senior Process Engineer at SPX FLOW, an ITT Company
SPX FLOW is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Process Engineer to join our global engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects and bid proposals across hygienic industries including Dairy, Food, Beverage, and Pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver process engineering designs for projects and proposals
- Create process flowsheets, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and functional design documents
- Perform engineering calculations including pump sizing, pipe sizing, and thermal calculations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Supply Chain, and Commissioning
- Support customer meetings, technical discussions, site surveys, and feasibility studies
- Lead engineering activities, schedules, and technical reviews on assigned projects
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
✔ Degree in Process / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
✔ Experience in Dairy, Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or hygienic process industries
✔ Strong understanding of hygienic design and CIP systems
✔ Experience in process engineering design and technical documentation
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams
✔ AutoCAD and SAP knowledge is a plus
✔ Fluent English communication skills required

Annual salary: 50,800 – 66,040 EUR, depending on experience and qualifications
