POSITION AND MISSIONS
In a context of accelerating use of artificial intelligence, data, and intelligent automation, the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department is strengthening its capabilities around AI governance, supervision, and innovation.
Your position
As an AI Governance & Risk Transformation Specialist, you play a key role in the development, coordination and oversight of AI initiatives within ERM functions.
For the ERM functions, you manage the implementation, coordination, and evolution of the AI governance framework, while driving high value-added AI use cases (GenAI, RAG, agentique AI, advanced automation).
You act as a cross-functional referent: you structure standards, coordinate initiatives, and support teams in the adoption of AI in a responsible, robust, and secure manner.
You work in a highly visible cross-functional environment, at the crossroads of Risk, Data, IT, Transformation and Innovation teams.
Your main tasks
- AI governance & usage supervision
- Act as a technical and methodological reference on AI topics for the experts of the ERM department.
- Coordinate AI/GenAI initiatives within the Risk/ERM teams.
- Participate in the definition of AI governance and usage supervision standards.
- Contribute to discussions around issues of explainability, traceability, human control, and risk management related to AI.
Support the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence solutions in Risk businesses.

Agentic AI & intelligent transformation
- Identify and promote high value-added AI use cases.
- Participate in the design of approaches based on agentic architectures and intelligent workflows.
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of ERM processes via AI.
Participate in the strategic reflection around future AI-augmented operational models.

- Innovation & AI transformation of risk processes
- Participate in the development of solutions based on:
- LLM / GenAI and RAG architectures,
- Intelligent assistants and AI agents ("Agentic AI"),
- Advanced NLP and literature review,
- Smart automations and workflows.
- Contribute to several transversal initiatives related in particular to risk supervision, controls, document analysis and digital innovation.
Ensure active monitoring of AI technologies and their applications in Risk, and regularly propose new areas for experimentation.

- Communication & cross-functional coordination
- Represent the ERM department in cross-functional AI committees and bodies (Group, entities, expert communities).
- Prepare governance materials and reports for management : state of play, summaries, budget, decisions to be made.
- Interact with the Risk, Data, IT, Compliance, Audit and Innovation teams.
- Contribute to the dissemination of an AI and innovation culture within teams.
- Lead awareness and training workshops on AI and agentic.
Provide methodological and technical support for the use of AI tools and the interpretation of results.

- BCBS 239 & Consolidated Risk Dashboard device (backup/ support role)
- Provide a backup or support role on BCBS 239 topics and supervise deferral productions within ERM (depending on the organization in place).
- Participate in particular in the continuous improvement of data management processes and risk reporting.
Propose AI levers to strengthen the quality, automation, and traceability of data and risk reporting (data quality checks, smart controls, etc.).

PROFILE
Who are you? If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us:
- You have 10 years of experience in positions combining Risk, Data/AI, Transformation or Innovation, ideally in the financial sector with a higher education (engineering school, university) with specialization/ certifications in finance, data, AI or information systems.
You master:
- The GenAI / LLM / RAG solutions.
- The issues of AI Governance / AI Risk.
- Data & Digital culture.
- The execution of transformation or innovation projects.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you have:
- Excellent analytical, structuring and communication skills.
- The ability to evolve in a cross-functional and international environment.
- A good understanding of the governance and oversight issues related to AI.
You master English with a B2 level
