Within the Finance Department, the Metrics Calculation & Reporting (MC&R) department is responsible for calculating prudential indicators (Solvency and ALM-Liquidity) as well as producing periodic and prudential reports.
The Solvency Metrics division, attached to MC&R, is responsible for calculating, certifying and analyzing capital requirements (RWA), leverage ratio and large exposures as well as economic capital. This division relies on two teams: Solvency Metrics Analytics & Controls in Paris and the Solvency Metrics Calculation team in Porto.
As a Solvency Metrics Leader Manager, you are responsible for the Solvency Metrics Analytics & Controls team in Paris, which consists of about 10 people.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

Management and production of calculations and certifications for capital requirements (RWA), leverage ratio, and large exposures, including calculations, validations, and analyses using a standard approach and an internal model, as well as summaries and reporting;

Management of the production process Calculation, certification, and analysis of RWA credit risks, counterparty, CVA, and market, using a standard approach and an internal model;

Ensure the certification and analysis of the Leverage Ratio, Large Exposures exposures; summaries of analyses in the form of monitoring and reporting tables;

Answer the questions asked about the calculations carried out and the convergence of the results (with contributions to specific similations and analyses, stress test calculations (internal and EBA), contribute to the process of producing economic capital within the framework of ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process)

Participate in the implementation of regulatory changes and transformation projects for the Finance Department and the CIB.

With a higher education, you have at least 10 years of experience and are proficient in prudential and regulatory risks (Basel, CRD VI, CRR III...). You also have initial experience in team management.
Do you have:
- The production and analysis of RWA (credit, counterparty, CVA, market, operational) as part of the calculation of prudential ratios;
- The domain of market risk and/or counterparty credit risks;
- Team management and leadership;
- Support for change management.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Recognized for their ability to structure, lead, and support teams in demanding environments;
- Ability to challenge and support employees in leading change.
You are proficient in English with a C1 level.
