The Opportunity
We are looking for a confident and ambitious Regional Content & Community Growth Specialist to help develop our presence in France/Germany.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys appearing on camera, understands social media culture, and wants to build a long-term career in content creation, community operations, and digital growth.You do not need to have a large existing audience. We are more interested in your communication skills, learning ability, consistency, and potential. We will provide a structured development path and work alongside you as you build your content style, professional profile, and audience.
What You Will Do
- Record and publish short-form video content for social media platforms
- Personally operate and develop designated social media accounts
- Build, manage, and engage local online communities
- Adapt content ideas to local language, culture, and audience preferences
- Communicate platform features and industry topics in a clear and engaging way
- Respond to community questions and encourage meaningful participation
- Help attract and convert relevant users through high-quality content and community engagement
- Review content and growth performance with our team and continuously improve results
- Collaborate with an international team on regional campaigns and market initiatives
Our Development and Support Program
You will not be expected to build everything alone. Our team will provide:
- Personal positioning and content-direction guidance
- Content topics, campaign ideas, and creative references
- Support with scripts, messaging, and video structure
- Social media and community growth strategies
- Regular performance reviews and optimization recommendations
- Product and industry knowledge training
- Practical guidance for audience development and user acquisition
- A clear development path toward greater regional responsibility and higher earning potential
High-performing team members may have the opportunity to take ownership of larger regional initiatives and develop into senior content, community, or market-growth roles.

Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Native-level or fluent French for the France position / German for the Germany position
- Comfortable appearing on camera and recording videos
- Willing to personally manage social media and community accounts
- Strong communication skills and an engaging on-camera presence
- Good understanding of local social media culture and online communities
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to publish content consistently
- Willingness to learn about digital assets and trading-related topics
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, community management, sales, or digital marketing is an advantage, but not essential
Working Hours
- Part-time, approximately 3–5 hours per day
- Flexible working arrangement
- Actual working time may vary depending on output and efficiency
- Candidates who can record efficiently, maintain strong content quality, and generate qualified user growth may complete their work in less time
- Consistent content quality and measurable results are more important than fixed online hours
Compensation
- €1,000 monthly base compensation
- Additional performance-based commission
- Commission is linked to verified business results and user growth
