À propos du poste:
Dans le cadre de notre développement en France et à l'international on recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) Support bilingue français/italien. Tu viendras accompagner nos clients italiens, de l'installation de leur solution jusqu'à leur assistance au quotidien.
Tes missions principales:
Au sein de l’équipe Customer Service, tu es un acteur clé de la satisfaction client.
Support client & assistance technique
Répondre aux demandes clients (téléphone, mail, WhatsApp…).
Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés aux logiciels ou au matériel.
Assurer le suivi des tickets et accompagner les clients jusqu’à la résolution.
Effectuer des interventions de maintenance et de dépannage si nécessaire.
Les techniciens assurent aussi le support technique et la résolution des problèmes rencontrés par les utilisateurs.
Amélioration continue
Remonter les retours clients aux équipes produit et techniques.
Contribuer à améliorer l’expérience utilisateur et les processus internes.
Participer à garantir un haut niveau de qualité de service.
Profil recherché:
Bilingue français / italien (obligatoire)
À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et logiciels
Bon sens du diagnostic technique
Excellent relationnel et sens du service
Pédagogue : tu sais expliquer simplement des outils techniques
Autonome et organisé(e)
À l’aise sur le terrain et en relation client
Tu aimes résoudre des problèmes et aider les utilisateurs
Une première expérience en support technique, installation IT, POS ou logiciel est un plus.
