About the job
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer for our AOCS team with a strong background in software architecture and embedded development. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of robust software solutions with a strong focus on software architecture in the context of both embedded and model-based software development, and testing. You will play an active part in improving our software structure, ensuring scalability and maintainability, and supporting the reliability of our systems.
This is an opportunity to work with complex embedded technologies in the space industry while shaping how we design, test, and maintain software across the organization.
Responsibilities include

Software architecture and designStructure and modularize software to ensure scalability, testability, and maintainability

Embedded software developmentEmbedded software development, for multiple different architectures running real-time operating systems, mostly using C as the primary language.

Unit and integration testing

Qualifications

A Degree in Software Engineering, Software Development, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and software architecture

Strong experience with C, C++, and Python

Experience working with embedded systems

Professional proficiency in English (required)
Preferred qualifications

Experience from the space industry
-
Experience within model-based software architecture
-
Knowledge of Zephyr RTOS.
