We are looking for a Coordinator Logistics to strengthen the regional team in Monaco for a temporary contract.
Reporting to the Product Planning Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Receiving, reviewing and entering purchase orders into stock according to inventory levels.
· Monitoring order status through to completion and providing updates to the sales teams.
· Reconciling actual data against the packing plan on a monthly basis across all markets.
· Reviewing and validating packaging materials.

Skills:
· Master's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management / Business Management; BTS in Commerce / Logistics or equivalent.
· Fluent English, both written and spoken.
· Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office (Excel).
· 2 to 3 years of experience within an export department.
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
· Any additional language would be considered an asset.
· Experience with import/export documentation.
· Experience within an international company in the food and beverage industry.
