To support our project team in Grenoble, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Site Assistant (m/f/d) who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of site logistics, material coordination and administrative activities.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Material & Equipment Management
- Monitor inventory levels of materials, accessories, fasteners and consumables.
- Perform regular stock checks and inventories.
- Organize the storage, distribution and tracking of materials and equipment.
- Maintain material handover records and ensure transfer documentation is signed by subcontractors.
Delivery & Logistics Coordination
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating site deliveries.
- Follow up purchase orders and deliveries with suppliers.
- Collect and verify delivery notes and check conformity of received materials.
- Report delays, shortages, discrepancies and non-conformities.
- Maintain accurate tracking records for orders and deliveries.
- Support the invoicing process by ensuring proper delivery documentation is available.
Site Access & Badge Administration
- Collect required information from subcontractors prior to their arrival on site.
- Coordinate site access badge requests and entry authorizations with the client.
- Maintain accurate site attendance and access records.
Administrative Support & Coordination
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team.
- Prepare, organize and archive project documentation, including technical documentation, turnover dossiers and as-built records.
- Assist with organizing site meetings and project coordination activities.
Operational Site Support
- Perform various logistical and operational tasks according to project requirements.
- Ensure Exyte storage and logistics areas remain organized, safe and clean.
- Support compliance with site safety requirements related to loading, unloading and lifting operations in coordination with the HSE team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient and well-organized construction environment.

Show your expertise

Completed secondary education, vocational training or an equivalent qualification in logistics, administration, construction or a related field.
Initial experience in construction, industrial projects, logistics or site operations is an advantage.
Good knowledge of logistics coordination, inventory management and administrative processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Knowledge of construction site operations and safety requirements is considered a strong asset.
Valid driving licence is preferred.
Hands-on, proactive and service-oriented mindset with a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Flexible, adaptable and motivated to support a dynamic project team.
