This is a varied and hands-on role that supports our resort teams in delivering a 5-star guest experience. As the Resort Apartment Supervisor, you will lead the Resort Assistant team to provide an exceptional service in our Serviced Apartments.
The primary focus of this role is to provide meticulous housekeeping for guests in the serviced apartments, while also assisting the chalet teams with all elements of the hosting service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping:
- Facilitating a thorough weekly changeover clean and a midweek linen change for all apartments in your resort.
- Ensuring daily housekeeping for all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski room, living areas, kitchen and the spa area of your allocated properties to the company standard.
- Ensuring the back-of-house and laundry areas remain clean, well-organised, and efficient.
- Point of contact while on duty for all staff requirements.
- Stck: Co-ordination of stock and linen required in each of our apartments in Resort, as well as monitoring laundry standards of external supplier and reporting any issues.
- Shopping: Organising rota for daily bread deliveries and guest grocery shopping. Ensure weekly stock take and shopping is done for all cleaning products and anything else required to ensure the smooth running of the apartments.
- Maintenance: Completing random checks of properties and ensuring RA’s are reporting any damage or issues to the Apartment Manager.
- Health & Safety: Upholding hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Driving Duties: You will have access to a company vehicle for work use.
- Guest Concierge:
- Pre-Arrival calls to each lead guest the week before arrival.
- Being available by phone for guest queries and requests.
- Creating and supplying ski passes fr guests.
- Accounts and administration:
- Accounts to be submitted weekly detailing all department spending.
- Rota planning and timesheet checks.
- Timely submission of the weekly report.
- Guest Arrivals & Departures: Welcome the guests and familiarise them with the property ensuring that you meet their requests. Being available on departure day to assist with any queries and to complete departure damage checks.
