At In Tandem, we build technology that helps families manage everyday routines and navigate life’s biggest transitions. Through our four brands—OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator—we help families stay organized, communicate well, and foster healthy childhoods.
We believe technology should strengthen relationships and make daily coordination less complicated. Everything we create is designed to lighten the mental load, reduce conflict, and support families through big and small moments.
If you want your work to make a real difference in the daily lives of parents and kids, In Tandem is the place where your impact will truly matter.
OurFamilyWizard is the platform separated and co-parenting families rely on to communicate, share schedules, and manage expenses with less conflict. Millions of parents use it, and family-law professionals and courts recommend it. OurFamilyWizard is already live in France, with strong early results and ambitions to expand across Europe. We’re looking for the person who will build on those results and lead OurFamilyWizard’s marketing across the region.
This is the first dedicated marketing role for the European market, and it’s a big one. Starting with France, you’ll own how OurFamilyWizard grows across both sides of our model, in a market with its own legal system, its own vocabulary for separation, and its own ideas about co-parenting. On the professional side (B2B2C), you’ll market to the family-law attorneys, mediators, and notaires who refer parents to us, so that more of them do. On the consumer side (B2C), you’ll drive the acquisition funnel that turns co-parents into subscribers, working directly with the D2C leads who run that engine for us in the US. Our sales team in France, which owns the professional relationships, reports to our Chief Revenue Officer, and you’ll work hand in hand with them: you generate the demand and give them the tools to close it. At the start, you’ll be hands-on across all of it. As the market grows, you’ll build the marketing team to grow with it.
-
Lead the marketing strategy for Europe, starting with France. Decide how OurFamilyWizard reaches families and professionals in each market, agree on the acquisition goals with leadership, and be the person accountable for hitting them.
- Grow the professional channel through marketing (B2B2C). Family-law attorneys, mediators, and notaires are how many families find us. Your job is to reach them and make them advocates—through content, events, co-marketing, referral programs, and professional partnerships—so they send more parents our way. In France you’ll do this alongside our in-country sales team, who hold the direct relationships. In new markets, you’ll help define what that channel looks like before there’s a team on the ground.
- Drive consumer acquisition across Europe (B2C). You’re responsible for the funnel in each market—the App Store, paid acquisition, partnerships, and content—starting with France, and you’re genuinely good at it. Our Growth, Lifecycle, Content, Design and Product leads in the US run a strong D2C engine, and you’ll work with them closely, adapting what already performs, and sharing what Europe needs that they don’t have yet. You set the direction, make the calls, and when you need to, you get into the tools and execute the work yourself.
- Make the work feel local, not translated. Decide how OurFamilyWizard talks about separation and co-parenting in each market, starting with France—the vocabulary families actually use, what reads as supportive rather than intrusive, and how professionals there expect to be approached. Brief the US teams on that context so what they build for Europe lands.
- Be the marketing voice of Europe inside In Tandem. Bring these markets back to product, marketing, and leadership, and make the case for what the region needs to succeed.
- Build the marketing team as the region earns it.
-
A strong marketer in your own right. Not someone who only directs marketing, but someone who can plan a campaign, build the content, and read the funnel yourself. You’ll have strong D2C partners in the US, and Europe’s marketing is yours to shape and execute alongside them.
- Comfortable on both sides—B2B2C and B2C. You can market to professionals so they refer and recommend, and you can run direct consumer acquisition. You’ve done both, and you’re not precious about which one a given week demands.
- Experienced marketing through professional or partner channels. You’ve reached an audience by winning over the people they trust - legal, healthcare, financial, or similar fields where referrals and recommendations drive growth.
- Deeply grounded in French family culture, and able to build that same depth in the next market. You understand how families here think about separation, custody, and asking for help: what still carries stigma, what earns trust, and how the legal system and the professionals in it shape those decisions. You can tell when a message built elsewhere won’t work here and explain why.
- Someone who has built something from the beginning. You’ve stood up marketing in a new market or region, product line, or company. You’re strategic enough to set the direction, hands-on enough to execute it before there’s a team behind you.
- A clear communicator in both French and English. French fluency is essential, and you’ll work every day with a team in the US and UK.
It’s a plus if you’ve worked in legaltech, in family or parenting products, or in a two-sided consumer subscription business—and even better if you already know the French family-law or mediation world.
-
Around 8+ years in marketing for digital or consumer products, with real range across both channel/partner marketing and direct consumer acquisition.
- A track record of launching something and growing it, with numbers you’re proud of.
- Hands-on command of the core toolkit—paid acquisition, App Store / organic, content, CRM and lifecycle, and the analytics to know what’s working.
- Experience building the first marketing processes, partnerships, or channels somewhere, rather than stepping into a machine that already runs.
- Real time living and working in France, with a current read on how family life, separation, and parenting are talked about here—not market exposure from the outside. If you’ve also marketed in another European market, better still.
We believe technology can champion deeper connections within families, strengthen bonds, and improve communication. We're building solutions that foster connection, organization, and peace-of-mind throughout key stages and milestones of family life.
