In Paris, with more than 70% foreign buyers, John Taylor is more than ever the recognized specialist for international clients. As part of its development, JOHN TAYLOR PARIS is looking for several experienced high-end residential real estate consultants for its Right Bank and Left Bank agencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect new exceptional properties in Paris and its surroundings
- Estimate high-end and ultra-luxury residential real estate
- Organize and carry out visits to the properties in the portfolio
- Advise and support our buyer and seller clients
- Negotiate transactions while defending the interests of the parties
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of the high-end Parisian market
- Fluency in English or second language
- Reactive, voluntary & perseverant
- A first successful transaction experience in Paris
- Appetite for the intermediation of exceptional goods
