We are looking for a Head of Growth (Marketing) to drive GONG’s global growth and scale the brand internationally. Reporting directly to Patrice Guénolé, this role is at the heart of our transformation into a global icon.

Build and execute a bold, ROI-driven marketing strategy.
Lead all paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) and push performance to the next level.
Design a powerful CRM and loyalty engine (Klaviyo, Shopify, Brevo) that maximizes Customer Lifetime Value.
Harness AI and data science to personalize journeys, predict behaviour, and unlock growth opportunities.
Turn insight into action through advanced analytics and clear KPI reporting.
Partner with Communication, Product, and E-commerce to deliver seamless launches and campaigns.

Deep understanding of products and surf culture
Hands-on use of our equipment
Proven track record (7–10 years) in marketing leadership, performance marketing, or growth strategy in a DNVB or e-commerce environment.
Strong mastery of Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) with a data-first mindset.
Deep expertise in CRM, retention, and marketing automation with focus on CLV.
Advanced skills in analytics (GA, Looker, attribution) and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Hands-on experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.
Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and culture of experimentation.
Fluent English & French. Other languages are a plus.
