About Rêverie Tours
Réverie Tours creates unique travel experiences that go beyond the typical tourist itinerary. We're launching a new Vintage Shopping Tour in Paris, guiding guests through the city's best hidden vintage boutiques, curated thrift stores, designer resale shops, and local fashion districts while sharing the stories and culture behind them.
We're looking for an outgoing, stylish, and knowledgeable guide to lead small groups and create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.
The Role
As a Vintage Shopping Tour Guide, you'll lead guests on a carefully curated walking tour through Paris's vintage scene. You'll introduce them to independent stores, explain the history of different neighbourhoods and fashion trends, offer styling tips where appropriate, and ensure everyone has an enjoyable and engaging experience.
No two tours are exactly the same, so confidence, adaptability, and great people skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead groups of 1–10 guests on guided vintage shopping tours
- Share knowledge about Parisian fashion, vintage culture, and local neighbourhoods
- Recommend unique shops and hidden gems
- Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for international travellers
- Manage tour timing and guest experience
- Answer questions and provide local recommendations
- Represent the Rêverie Tours brand professionally
Requirements
- Fluent English (additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian or German are a bonus)
- Passion for vintage fashion, second-hand shopping, and Parisian style
- Confident speaking to groups and meeting new people
- Friendly, energetic, and reliable personality
- Comfortable walking several kilometres during tours
- Previous experience in guiding, hospitality, retail, fashion, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of Paris and its shopping districts preferred
