Based in Levallois-Perret, at the group’s brand-new European headquarters, you will join a Revenue Management team of 5 people. You will also be responsible for the France area and manage a team of 4 to 5 team members.
Key Responsibilities & Missions:

Responsible for delivering top-line growth across 22 existing properties in France, spanning 3, 4, and 5-star markets with a strong presence in Paris; leading a team of 4 Multi-Site Revenue Managers, each overseeing 4–5 properties, while personally managing a portfolio of 2–3 properties as Area Revenue Manager.

Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Property Management to shape and optimise pricing strategy, market positioning, and distribution effectiveness across the France region.
- Apply a sharp analytical mindset to drive Revenue Management optimisation using Ideas G3, pick-up monitoring, and competitive intelligence, translating market insight into decisive, opportunity-led action.

Deliver robust profitability analysis and lead proactive, timely commercial initiatives that protect and grow revenue performance, particularly through low-demand periods.

Own the budgeting, forecasting, and rate strategy process for France, ensuring commercial rigour and alignment with Company standards.

Report directly to the EU Revenue Director, acting as a strategic partner in elevating regional revenue performance and team capability.

Qualifications & Experience-
Minimum 3 years’ relevant revenue management experience, ideally with multi-site or area-level exposure.

Proficient with RMS systems (IDeaS G3 preferred), MS Office & BI tools.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience/user.

Experience using Property Management Systems (e.g. RMS, Opera).

A relevant degree qualification would be useful, but is not essential if equivalent industry experience can be demonstrated.

Proven experience leading and developing a team.

Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
