Vos principales missions : Analyser les méthodes d’approvisionnement et identifier les causes du surstock. Étudier et optimiser les flux logistiques internes de l’usine. Réaliser des analyses approfondies des causes racines pour identifier les problématiques critiques. Développer, mettre en œuvre et suivre les plans d’actions pour résoudre les problèmes identifiés. Standardiser les processus pour garantir leur reproductibilité et leur efficacité.
