Fred & Farid Paris is looking for a Production Assistant Intern to support its Production team in the development and execution of campaigns and creative content.
This is an active internship opportunity based in Paris. The position is available as soon as possible, depending on the candidate’s availability.
The Role
Within the Production team, you will support the coordination, organization and operational follow-up of production projects from brief to final delivery.
You will be involved in:
– Assisting producers with project coordination and day-to-day follow-up, including project timelines, deliverables and budget tracking.
– Supporting the preparation, logistics and organization of shoots, and following up on post-production through final delivery.
– Coordinating communication between internal teams, clients and external production partners.
– Assisting producers with financial monitoring, including purchase orders, supplier invoices and payment follow-up.
– Supporting Legal & Business Affairs by ensuring the follow-up of contracts, talent releases, rights clearances and legal approvals throughout the production process.
– Assisting with ARPP compliance and legal validation processes to ensure campaigns meet regulatory requirements.
– Assisting with researching and sourcing production partners and creative talent, including directors, photographers, editors, motion designers, 3D artists, illustrators.
Your Profile
Student in communications, audiovisual production, law or business school.
First experience through an internship or apprenticeship in a communications agency, production company.
Strong interest in project coordination and production operations.
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented.
Good command of Microsoft Office and an interest in AI productivity tools.
Fluent in French with professional working proficiency in English.
Conditions
Internship agreement required.

Duration: 4 to 6 months.
