You are joining the Model Management team as an Equity portfolio manager. Composed of 6 quantitative managers, the team is in charge of modelled management of equity, fixed income, multi-asset, overlay and structured portfolios on behalf of Ostrum’s mainly institutional clients. This management, where models are at the heart of performance generation, totals an outstanding amount of more than €5 billion. It aims to be active and dynamic, both in the daily management of portfolios and in the continuous improvement of underlying models.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
- manage portfolios equities: active participation in investment decisions, placing orders, performance analysis, reporting,
- develop models and tools to improve existing investment processes and create new strategies,
- support commercial activity : meetings with clients or prospects, frequent interactions with the Investment Specialists and commercial entities.

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience, mainly in quantitative equity portfolio manager positions. Experience as an analyst would be a plus.
You master:
- the equity markets as well as the economic and financial environment
- quantitative analysis and computer science to test and develop new strategies
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:
- comfortable in business relationships,
- able to explain and translate quantitative management into economic and financial concepts,
- curious and rigorous,
- autonomous and possessing a strong team spirit,
You master English with a minimum C1 level.
