Consultant(e) IT Business Analyst
Contexte
Nous accompagnons des acteurs du secteur financier (banques, asset managers, assurances, services titres…) dans leurs projets de transformation IT, data et IA: cadrage de besoins, optimisation de processus, industrialisation de solutions “light” (automatisation, reporting, workflows), mise en place de solutions pragmatiques à fort impact.
Le poste est un rôle de consultant : vous interviendrez chez nos clients , au cœur des équipes Métier/IT, avec une forte exposition et des sujets variés.
Votre mission
Être l’interface intelligente entre le besoin métier et la solution, avec un vrai réflexe d’ingénieur : comprendre, modéliser, tester, livrer et mettre les mains dans le cambouis quand nécessaire (scripts, macros, protos, automatisations).
Ce que vous ferez au quotidien
Cadrer et analyser des besoins métiers (ateliers, interviews, immersion opérationnelle) et les traduire en exigences actionnables (user stories, specs fonctionnelles, critères d’acceptation).
Modéliser des processus (as-is / to-be), identifier les irritants, proposer des solutions viables (quick wins + trajectoire cible).
Contribuer au delivery : préparation/coordination des tests (UAT), recette, support au déploiement, conduite du changement, documentation.
Prototyper / automatiser quand c’est pertinent : scripts Python , macros VBA , traitements Excel , requêtes SQL , outillage ad hoc, etc.
Collaborer étroitement avec PM, dev, data, ops, risk/IT… et porter la communication (synthèse, vulgarisation, alignement parties prenantes).
Stack / environnement (selon mission)
Scripting & automation : Python, VBA, Excel avancé, Power Automate, n8n, …
Data & reporting : SQL, Power BI (selon contexte)
Outils projet : Jira / Confluence (ou équivalents), M365
Environnements variés : legacy + solutions “light” / automations / workflows, selon le SI client
Intelligence artificielle : LLM, Azure Foundry.
Profil recherché
Formation & état d’esprit
Compétences
Expérience (idéalement 2 à 5 ans , adaptable selon profil) en environnement IT/Data/Transformation, idéalement en Financial Services .
Très bon niveau d’analyse, capacité à structurer et prioriser.
Capacité à coder / automatiser : Python ou VBA (ou les deux) vous n’êtes pas un dev full-time, mais vous savez produire des scripts propres, testables et utiles.
IA / GenAI : compréhension des fondamentaux (LLM, prompt engineering), capacité à identifier des cas d’usage pertinents et à intégrer des outils (ex. Copilot) en respectant les enjeux de gouvernance/risques et qualité des données.
Aisance pour naviguer dans l’ambiguïté : flexibilité , adaptabilité , curiosité.
Soft skills indispensables
Communication : vous savez expliquer simplement, embarquer, challenger avec tact.
Fast learner : vous apprenez vite, vous aimez creuser, vous êtes curieux(se) des technos et des métiers.
Rigueur + sens du service + orientation résultats.
