RED Global is looking for a Senior Java Developer - Full-stack, in Bucharest, 2 days on site per week. You'll have to design, develop, integrate and maintain enterprise software solutions within a complex, multi-tier platform.
Key responsibilities
Analyse functional and technical specifications and translate them into maintainable software solutions.
Design, develop, test, integrate and maintain Java-based application components.
Develop and integrate web services and APIs for enterprise and multi-tier applications.
Contribute to software architecture, technical design and component modelling activities.
Apply sound object-oriented design principles, coding standards and reusable development patterns.
Participate in code reviews, defect resolution and continuous improvement of software quality.
Support application integration and collaborate with testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Produce and maintain technical specifications, design documentation and development records.
Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies, estimations and iterative delivery planning.
Work independently while communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience and skills
What you will bring to the role
Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on software and application development experience.
Expert-level Java development skills in complex production environments.
Strong experience developing enterprise web applications and multi-tier or n-tier systems.
Proven experience designing and developing web services and APIs.
Good practical knowledge of software architecture and technical design.
Experience using modelling or CASE tools, such as UML-based design environments.
Experience working with Agile software development methodologies.
