Internship -
YOUR ROLE
You will join the Organization & Talent team within the Group Corporate Function HR department and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on how the Group organizes itself and develops its talent.
Your missions are structured around two key areas:
Organizational Transformation: You will actively contribute to the redesign of operational models for the Group's Corporate functions — a strategic project touching governance, roles, career paths and the way teams work together on an international scale. Mapping existing organizations, benchmarking, and contributing to design deliverables: you will be right at the heart of the subject.
Skills & Artificial Intelligence : You will contribute to reflections on how skills are evolving in an environment where artificial intelligence is reshaping roles. Which skills are becoming critical? Which ones are changing? How does the Group anticipate and prepare its employees? You will help structure these analyses and translate them into concrete recommendations.
