Support clients in integrating and adopting the platform, adapting connectors, and configuring solutions to their business needs.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client technical requirements.
- Develop and configure connectors (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, RPA).
- Set up client environments (cloud/on-prem).
- Train and support client teams.
- Act as the technical contact between client and R&D.
