Our clients include well-known companies from the IT, telecommunications and consumer electronics sectors. For exciting international client projects, we are looking for people who enjoy coordinating, taking responsibility and getting things moving.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) – Trade Marketing | Paris. This position is fully remote. You are based in Paris and work 100% from your home office. As part of an international project team, you will work closely with colleagues and clients across different countries.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination: You coordinate merchandising activities across multiple client projects and ensure that all tasks, deadlines and milestones are delivered reliably and on time.
Communication: You are a key point of contact for our merchandisers and coordinate communication between the field team, clients and internal project teams. You keep track of requests, feedback and outstanding topics and ensure consistent follow-up through to completion.
Team Management: You coordinate our teams across different client projects and support with scheduling, availability, holidays, sick leave and short-notice changes.
Information: You prepare and distribute relevant information, updates and briefings to our teams, ensuring that everyone involved receives the right information at the right time.
Onboarding: You support new team members as they join their respective client projects and ensure a structured and professional onboarding process.
Project Mailbox: You manage central project inboxes, prioritize incoming requests and ensure that open topics are followed up and resolved efficiently.
Reporting: You support the preparation of project data, status overviews and reports, providing transparency across the different client projects.
Materials and Logistics: You coordinate the provision and distribution of merchandising materials, ensuring that all required materials are available at the right place and at the right time.
Briefing: You create clear and easy-to-understand briefings for our teams and support their implementation within the respective client projects.
Organization: You support the project teams with administrative and organizational tasks and ensure that everything runs smoothly, even when several projects are running in parallel.

YOUR PROFILE

Background: You have completed a commercial/business-related vocational training or hold a degree with a focus on business, management or a related field.
Experience: You have initial professional experience in project management, sales support, sales operations, merchandising, field force management or a comparable coordination role.
Organization: You are highly organized, work in a structured manner and are able to keep track of multiple client projects and parallel tasks.
Communication: You communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders and enjoy bringing people, clients and processes together.
Language French: You are fluent in French and are able to communicate confidently and professionally in French.
Language English: You have very good to fluent English skills, both written and spoken, and feel comfortable working in an international environment.
Location: You live in or near Paris and are comfortable working with international teams and clients.
Excel Power: You have a confident command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Service Mindset: You are reliable, solution-oriented and service-minded, always keeping the needs of your stakeholders in mind.
Hands-on: You don’t wait for someone else to find a solution. You take initiative, get involved and actively drive topics forward.
