Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and motivated Communication Assistant Intern to join our dynamic communication team. The ideal candidate is a student from a communication program. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging multimedia content for various platforms including social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for promotional and informational purposes using PlayPlay or Capcut.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate on planning and executing social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- TikTok: Help with the development of the TikTok account of the school.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Candidates currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Communication, or a related field will be given priority in the selection process.
- Applications that include a portfolio of creative work will be highly appreciated.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French and Italian are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
o Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
o Experience with video editing software including PlayPlay and/or Capcut.
o Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
o Expertise in TikTok is necessary.
- Creative Abilities: Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Positive mood and flexibility are some of your assets
