Reporting to the France-Belgium Human Resources Director, you will support her on a daily basis in defining and implementing the HR strategy established to support Klépierre’s operations in France (approximately 300 employees).
Your role is to support team managers across several key dimensions — talent management, change management, organizational design, and employee engagement —helping them deliver on their business and people objectives.
Combining both an operational and advisory role, you will partner closely with managers, supervise a junior HR Business Partner, and work alongside HR specialists from the Group’s Centers of Expertise (HRIS, Talent, Rewards).
Main Responsibilities HR Business Partnering and Advisory
- Act as the HR representative for the managers within your scope and provide HR solutions to address both individual and collective employee issues.
- Guide managers and employees toward existing HR solutions while fostering HR capability-building among line managers.
Talent Management
- Support the implementation of the annual HR cycle, including objective setting, performance reviews, development planning, career discussions, and compensation reviews.
- Manage recruitment activities for your business perimeter in coordination with internal and external partners.
- Monitor and coordinate internal mobility and career development initiatives.
Employee Engagement
- Partner with managers on employee engagement topics and related levers, including internal communication, CSR initiatives, and Learning & Development programs.
Change Management
- Ensure that organizational change initiatives led by the business teams within your scope are effectively implemented from an HR perspective, including evolving ways of working, job description reviews, employee training, and change communications.
Employee Relations
- Prepare, together with the France HR Director, materials and documentation for key employee relations meetings in France (Works Council, Health & Safety Committee, collective bargaining negotiations, etc.).
- Participate in social dialogue meetings and coordinate the related schedule with the HR team assistant.
Ensure compliance with labor legislation and employment regulations, both from an individual employee and contractual perspective.

Candidate Profile
- Higher education degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner , with a strong interest in employee and labor relations.
This is a hands-on operational role requiring a strong people orientation, business acumen, results focus, and a commitment to process optimization. Attention to detail, organizational skills, versatility, reliability, confidentiality, diplomacy, and sound judgment are essential qualities for success in this position.
