Market: United States (you'll be hunting US hotels from Paris).
Package: €50–60K OTE (60% Base + 40% UNCAPPED variable) + over-achievement plan.

This is a high-velocity outbound sales role for a relentless closer. We're looking for someone with the grit of a high-stakes broker: the persistence to navigate objections, the charisma to win over skeptical General Managers, and the discipline to maintain a clean pipeline through hundreds of touchpoints.
Your focus: the US market: New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, Washington DC, and beyond. Your job: convince 3, 4, and 5-star hotels to join Dayuse.
You'll join our Sales / Business Development team in Paris - the spearhead of Dayuse's international expansion. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with other hunters, SDRs/BDRs, Account Managers, Sales Ops, and Marketing.
Aggressive outbound: 15+ qualified meetings per week through high-volume cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn / social selling, and multi-channel sequences. No coasting. No spray-and-pray. Disciplined, targeted, relentless.
Operational persuasion: Pitch the Dayuse value proposition to skeptical decision-makers — General Managers, VPs of Sales, Directors of Revenue, Owners, Asset Managers, Hotel Management Company (HMC) leadership. Prove the financial and operational case for daytime monetization.
Full-cycle B2B sales: Source qualify pitch negotiate close. Sign 5+ new 3/4/5-star hotel partners per week in your US territories.
Strategic projects: Lead targeted prospecting campaigns on urgent business opportunities, competitor whitespace, and untapped verticals (boutique groups, lifestyle brands, mid-market HMCs).
Pipeline ownership: Total accountability for your KPIs (activity, pipeline velocity, conversion, win rate, signed contracts). Clean HubSpot hygiene, accurate forecasts, no surprises.
Mid-market & HMC deals: Target and close local and mid-sized hotel management groups for multi-property contracts - the high-leverage wins.
Market intel: Monitor competitors, trends, and US hospitality news to sharpen your pitch and pipeline strategy.
Month 1: Fully integrated. You've mastered the value prop, the playbook, the objections, and the toolstack (HubSpot, sequencing, dialer). First deals signed.
Month 3: Fully autonomous. Consistently 15+ qualified meetings/week and closing deals.
Month 6: Ramp-up done. 5+ signed contracts per week, every week. You're a key driver of our US growth story.
Non-negotiables: fluent English, hunter mindset, proven outbound stamina.
Proven sales drive: 2+ years of high-volume outbound B2B sales - ideally in SaaS, Travel Tech, Hospitality Tech, OTA, marketplace, PropTech, AdTech, MarTech, fintech, e-commerce platforms, insurance, or any high-velocity outbound environment. Strong BDRs/SDRs ready to step up are very welcome.
Unstoppable resilience: You have the "thick skin" required for heavy cold-calling and the stamina to handle rejection without losing momentum. You don't need motivation. You need a target.
Persuasive communication: Natural rapport-building with strangers. You can run a discovery, handle objections, and close - with confidence and emotional intelligence.
Analytical grit: You use market data and pipeline metrics to sharpen your pitch and optimize your funnel. Numbers don't scare you - they guide you.
Languages: Fluent / bilingual / native English is mandatory. French is a plus but NOT required.
Education: Higher education — Business School, IAE, university (Master in International Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Economics, Management), Sciences Po, MBA, or equivalent. Results > diplomas.
Sales toolkit: Strong command of cold calling, cold emailing, social selling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), sequencing, multi-threading, discovery, negotiation, objection handling, closing. Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPIN, BANT, Challenger, Sandler, Solution Selling is a plus.
Stack: HubSpot CRM is our core. Bonus if you've worked with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Lemlist, Gong, Aircall, Notion (...).
Logistics: Flexible to adapt your schedule to US time zones - afternoons and early evenings in Paris.
