Nous recherchons une personne polyvalente, organisée et orientée exécution pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant qu’Assistant(e) Administrative.
Dans ce rôle hybride, vous serez un pilier des opérations locales, en assurant le bon fonctionnement de nos bureaux et en intervenant sur des sujets variés : admin, paie, avantages, fournisseurs, vie de bureau…
Ce que vous ferez:
Office & Facilities Management
Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du bureau
Gérer les relations avec les propriétaires, gestionnaires et prestataires
Coordonner la maintenance, les réparations et les améliorations
Participer aux projets d’aménagement et de relocalisation
Garantir la conformité avec les normes locales
Support Finance & Administration
Contribuer au suivi des temps et au processus de paie
Gérer les onboarding et offboarding des collaborateurs
Gérer les avantages salariés (ex : titres restaurant, épargne salariale)
Gérer la flotte de véhicule
IT & Support
Assurer un support IT de premier niveau en local
Coordonner les équipements, accès et demandes techniques
Engagement & Communication
Soutenir la communication interne
Participer à l’organisation d’événements (internes & externes)
Contribuer aux initiatives d’engagement des équipes
Aider à l’organisation des réunions, town halls et visites de leadership

Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en administration ou équivalent
Bon niveau d’anglais
Excellentes capacités d’organisation
Expérience en gestion de budget et de fournisseurs
