You are joining the Development Department of Ostrum Asset Management, more precisely in the Tenders team as a Senior Tender Officer.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

Manage the entire process of responding to calls for tenders (RFP, Due Diligence, RFIs), from receipt to submission, ensuring accuracy, consistency, clarity, and relevance of responses to calls for tenders;

Coordinate internal contributions (management, risks, compliance, ESG, etc.) to ensure consistent, accurate and differentiated responses;

Write and adapt content in French and English, taking into account the requirements of prospects and consultants;

Ensure the quality, compliance and relevance of responses within the allotted timeframe;

Be proactive in the evolution of content in order to participate in promoting society and expertise.

Participate in cross-functional projects such as tools (AI, digitalization, automation, reporting, etc.), content/pipeline/consultant databases... and RFP processes in order to improve the quality of responses.
As a Senior Call for Tenders Officer, you are responsible for coordinating, drafting, and monitoring responses to institutional and consultant calls for tenders, as well as responding to the due diligence questionnaires requested by our clients, in close collaboration with the sales teams, managers, product specialists and support functions. You play a key role in the valuation of the company’s expertise, particularly in terms of responsible investment (SRI), and in optimizing response processes.

With a higher education such as a business school or university, with a specialization in Finance, you have at least 3 years in an asset management tender manager position, or in another profession within an asset management company.
You master:
- Financial products;
- Project management and coordination;
- ESG/SRI issues;
- the tools of the Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:
- Appreciated for your excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Recognized for your listening skills;
- Attentive to details and demonstrate autonomy while enjoying working as a team.
You are proficient in English with a C1 level.
