2. Role & Objectives
As a Senior Full-Stack Node.js Developer, you will play a crucial role in advancing the development of our platform. Your mission will involve designing and implementing new features, maintaining the platform’s core components, and ensuring its scalability as we grow. You will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
Your role may also include contributing to traceability, auditability, and transparency features, including blockchain-backed components where relevant. You will work in an Agile environment where your contributions directly influence the success and direction of the company.
3. Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
● Designing and developing new platform functionalities that align with business requirements.
● Ensuring the maintenance and optimization of existing platform components.
● Contributing to the evolution of the front-end, back-end, and data management services.
● Working with the team to design and implement traceability, auditability, and reliability features, including blockchain-related components when needed.
● Identifying opportunities for improving scalability, performance, and architecture.
● Collaborating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.

● Advanced experience in back-end development using Node.js.
● Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
● Proficiency with NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
● Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud deployment automation.
● Expertise in designing scalable and resilient systems.
● Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and optimized code.
● Exposure to blockchain or smart-contract-based traceability systems is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
● Professional fluency in English to work on international projects.
