Job Description
The Program Director role is to lead the IT and operational separation of this business from Bureau Veritas, ensuring a controlled transition with no disruption to business continuity.
Role Purpose :
The Program Director will structure and drive the carve-out program, coordinating the entities, business teams, IT teams, vendors, and local entities across countries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define the carve-out roadmap, governance, milestones, risks, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate IT separation streams: applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, IAM, workplace, ITSM, support model, and vendor dependencies.
- Identify dependencies between the divested business and Bureau Veritas corporate systems.
- Ensure business continuity during the transition.
- Prepare the target standalone operating model for the carved-out entity.
- Manage senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and decision-making.
Target Profile:
A senior Program Director / IT Separation Lead with strong experience in:
- Corporate carve-outs, M&A, IT separation, or large transformation programs.
- Global, multi-country, multi-vendor environments.
- Senior stakeholder management and executive communication.
- IT governance, risk management, service continuity, and transition planning.
