Productive and Fun in working
I did have a wonderful team, an early shift starting at 7 made us all more productive at work.
I had a lot to learn, starting from software asset analysis to handling a team. I did the part of QAing the team's work to ensure the team has delivered the more than expectation. Was always keen to learn new things and methods.
The team did a wonderful job of analysis, people were really much energetic and genius indeed.
The hardest part was to recruit the people needed for the team and solving any of the team member personal issues, long breaks, and QA.

Day starts with a stress which has been created by the management at all levels. Being a leader we were unable to share our thoughts and got them implemented. It would be one person taking all the decisions and asking everyone to follow. Peers and teams were fine however they always feel pressurized and not listened by the management. Learnt to handle difficult conversations and conflict management.

The most enjoyable part of the job
It was a 48-hour case competition. I was in a group of four and we had to come up with an entire business plan for the company situation that was given in the case. Even though there was strict time constraint, I enjoyed working with my teammates and brainstorming with them together. I made great friends from this case competition and I also practiced my team working skills.

No work life balance and you are just another headcount to handle BAU
Management is only interested in production and expects you to be available for around 15 hrs to handle BAU activities which includes constant connect at social platform as well.
Highly unprofessional in addressing team's connect and senior management's approach is beyond expectations.

Work Life Balance at Workplace
KPMG Global Services is a good place to work with with good work life balance however really need to push your self to advance in future but one will get it.
Good management with helpful people.
I would recommend people to join the company but do not go with the flow.

Good place to work but typical corporate environment
I worked for KPMG in Bangalore. It was a good place to work. Learning however tapers off after sometime and there's a lot of internal politics and favoritism. I loved the team I led and worked with that's why I stayed for so long. Bit back-office as work was outsourced from KPMG UK.
