Company doesn't have enough opportunities for Oracle and Fusion Consulting
The company is mainly involved with large / global companies. Typical projects are management consulting, audit or advisory. Oracle implementation work is minimum.
Management hierarchy is too strong and bullying on the job is very common. Experienced or long term employees of the company are too bossy and as well play politics. New comers with higher experience don't get opportunity to excel.
