Receptionist : avis sur KPMG
I felt honored to be there. What an outstanding place to work. The scenery was beautiful. The CEO was very easy going.
Everything about this office impressed me. I felt that everyone was so important. I sat behind this grandiose front desk at KPMG in Atlanta on the 19th floor with the back drop of Stone Mountain and Kennesaw Mountain. It was a broad view with plenty of sunshine. The people were as special as the view. I learned their telephone system and connected to satellite offices and even to Germany. I could connect people to other offices in various countries. I learned the sound of their voices so I know who I was talking without them saying their names. I felt it was important to remember the "regulars". I made my self available to help other departments with some work on my down time. I had to oversee security. Anything that look suspicious that walked off the elevators I had to push a button. That did not happen often. Only once.
I inquired about opportunities to advance but nothing fits my skill set at that time. I left to venture into the sales industry.
Points positifsKPMG is a worldwide company. There are many perks.

i Had been working at kpmg hk since 19xx, not remember . That is a good place to learn alot and i learnt a lot of customer service experienced. but unfortuately , i was laied of by the HR management manager as she didnt like as some reason of personally. I like the job and the working envoirment very much even the co workers there. the management just favouritism to those staff they like ..

Fun workplace. Especially with the personnel department.
It was fun and exciting working there. Majority of the secretaries were helpful & fun to work with. Have learned quite a lot from there.
The auditors were friendly as well. Due to further advancement, have to leave the job. Anyway, still enjoy frontline jobs till now. Love meeting people and learn new stuff if possible.
Last but not least, KPMG is a great place to work in.
Fun at the same time Stressful and Unhealthy
In the first week, there's a lot of pressure because they said that i had to learn everything in 1 week, and when i did finally familiarized everything, everyday i did everything, but i can feel the unfair sides.
