Great company with good benefits
Salary could be a bit higher but it's not too bad. Really good benefits. They are flexible if you need time off for appointments etc. If you work hard you get rewarded. Very diverse. Loads of opportunity to volunteer and attend training to advance.
Points positifsSubsidised canteen, flexibility for private appointments, early finish Fridays from June to August, bonuses, social calendar, loads of team lunches, dinners, events, nights out which are all paid for by the company.
Points négatifsCan be long hours especially during busy season. Salary could increase higher each year.

It was a fun work place
KPMG is a taxation company, where by you must be mentally strong and smart before you can be fit in any giving position to handle, I really enjoy working with them despite the fact that I was employed as Contract staff in there I was treated nicely but base on my educational career that I was chasing back then, that was the reason why I was employed as a part-time staff, but it a very good company that so many people would love to work with base on their working culture.

Professional, fast-paced environment
KPMG was created after two lager mergers, ultimately blending a domestic culture with an international working environment. Great opportunity to transfer to different groups ranging from corporate tax/audit to tax and consulting.
Depending on circumstances, there can be a great working relationship between admin and partners.

Corporate environment
Excellent place to work. Worked for 6 years as PA/Sec in a busy department for 7 people directly but to entire department as whole when necessary (around 40 people). Typing, diary management, travel arrangements, email maintenance, file maintenance, powerpoint presentations, printing and preparing reports. Using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint daily.

Good company to work for
Variability of tasks and excellent learning curve and progression me as a PA. Working as a team often under the pressure. Dynamic environment full of changes. Interesting experience working in the Restructuring department at the time when recession began.

Highly recommend
Have been in KPMG as a PA for almost 5 years. If you work hard you get recognised and always treated with respect no matter what your job title is. Great benefits & salary. Bonus, pay rise every year. Very flexible if you need time off, appointments etc.

Great environment to work in.
KPMG care about their staff and give them a work/life balance. They have regular team get togethers and the office is all open, even partners do not have their own offices.
