Providing quality service to clients, Management and team members in a timely and efficient manner. I learnt the importance of organizing tasks by priority that ensured a happy director and manager and supported the goals of providing quality service to our clients, thus promoted the various products offered. Multi-tasking and consistency in being on top of my performance played an essential role in upgrading and promotion. Initiating and proactively becoming knowledgeable about the business and its various services provided was a plus.
