Productive
My typical day at work would comprise of preparing for training sessions, checking emails for training bookings and booking accordingly. Schedule and ensure facilitators are kept in the loop of trainings coming up. Keep staff records updated - trainings completed and qualifications achieved. I would also check on expenses and time sheet entries to ensure all are above board and make necessary enquiries, where needed. I also check expenses before they are processed and paid out. Office Admin keeps me busy by ensuring our equipment is well maintained and up to date, staff are adequately equipped with what they need, desks and locker allocations, Induction training, running reports - training, expense and budgets at year ends.
The creative side gets flowing when Business Unit Operations Manual and Business School Manual needs updating aswell as event planning for Social Committee. The Business Unit Newsletter is also created and distributed.
