IT Analyst : avis sur KPMG

Good environment for career development and growth but poor work life balance
KPMG is a place that challenges you intellectually to bring out the best potentials as a professional.
The learning curve is very steep (i.e. you learn a whole lot within a short period of time) and this makes you a lot more equipped when on an engagement.
Career growth and advancements are strictly based on merit.
We operate an open door management policy (i.e. management transparency).
The co-workers are very bright and innovative (apparently KPMG recruits only the best and brightest) and this inspires you to push yourself to greater heights.
The hardest part of the job is working with tight deadlines which makes it almost unbearable (i.e. working late nights and even weekends at times) which eradicates work-life balance.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the satisfactory feeling of a job well done even under unfavorable conditions and the recognition of excellence attached to your career.

Productive and best place for career growth
If you are looking for challenging and new learning opportunities then this is the best place for you.
If you are looking for bright future then this best place for you.
But if you are looking for easy job and work life balance then you should look some where else.

Company has an work enviroment enable that you can learn a lot in collaboration with experienced colleagues.
I have learned the job via both of trainings and actively working with a project team and directly communication and collaboration with the customer. Company really cares about working on standarts.

Competitive and fast
KPMG promotes a fast growth and competitive environment to create a well-polished individual with a tenacity to perform in the workplace. The fast-paced growth, however, leads to a poor work-life balance. Overall KPMG is a great place to start at.

Dynamic and challanging project
Working at KPMG Advisory is quite challanging, as long as we have to introduce ourselves to new kind of services related to IT environment. Furthermore, we always worked as a team, providing experience through complex job tasks.

fast paced but chill working environment
You just go to work and work on the documentation. Once every week you have meeting with a customer. Sometimes you work off-site at the customers location. Most of the time you are just reviewing documents.
Points positifscheap lunch. work from home

Great place with great benefits
This is a great place to work for people who can be happy working at a desk for most of the time. The benefits are great and people are great. Just can get very boring for people who thrive off interaction with other people.

Good company
One of the best job I've held.
I worked with some of the best and most dedicated people and learned a lot in a very condensed time frame. I can confidently say 2 years in KPMG can equate to 6-7 years of experience in other organizations.

Not worth the long hours
Like most big 4 jobs, most people are looking for exit opportunities. Good place to start a career and make connections, but its depressing seeing most of your coworkers leave.
