Amazing workplace, a lot of work
I got in KPMG for a temporary position and chose not to become a permanent employee after the contract ended. I had to work for 12h minimum a day and the income was a minimum wage after taxes.
I've learned a lot and had amazing co workers, but my health was not the best after only a few months. If the salary was better, I would definitely work harder and feel more motivated to do my job.

Best place for 1st job
Culture is good , they teach you how to behave and write emails being a service sector.
Work can get tiring at times. If you are not a CA then don't go to big4 as you won't get promotions after AM or Manager .
Work can get monotonous as you will be working with same stream and similar clients.
Points positifsTeam lunch every quarter, recognising by awards
Points négatifsLong hours, monotonous work, slow growth, politics

Learning environment and challenging problems
The hardest part of the job was busy season and the long hours that accompanied that. The most enjoyable part of the job was being part of a team that accomplished great things and progressed in the industry.
Points positifsSteady job, learning opportunities
Points négatifsLong hours and multiple managers to report to

Professional people and great work place
I really enjoyed working at KPMG LLP. They offered woking remotely, insurance, paid time off and bonus. People in management are very professional and worth respect. They treat employees with respect.

Fun and loving place to work
Had a wonderful experience there. My colleagues work as a team. It was a pleasant working environment that fosters positivity. The only downside is promotion, they were few and in between.

Grea Career Start
KPMG and other big4 are the perfect way to start your career and develop a strong set of skills, ie learning on the fly. However they should improve the work life balance of their employees
