Good organizational culture and work ethic
KPMG Nigeria was an amazing company to intern with over the summer, the organizational culture of the company is well structured and makes one feel at home right away. I interned for three months, and I wish I could have interned for a longer amount of time, but I had to get back to school. My co-workers were very friendly and treated me with the same respect that they would treat full-time employees. The way the offices were structured allowed for the smooth interaction between supervisors and subordinates. They had an open door policy which allowed easy accessibility to all individuals throughout the company. They also advocated to avoid saying "sir/madam" and just refer to people by their first name. This was a huge problem for me, cause everyone was older. But I eventually got used to it. KPMG Nigeria is a very flexible, yet time filing, occupying company. I'm glad I had the privilege to intern with them.

stressful job environment and
I used to send confirm letter to the bank for the company which we were auditing. The banks were at all over the city, I need to schedule routes not only according location, but only the information about specific processing time that I learned from my co-workers. Everyone in the company is always busy, so I can learn how to work with more efficient by working with them. Even I already had a good plan, it's hard to make everything go as plan.
Although it's hard to find much break time ,I think this experiences is very important for me.

Very good big 4 audit firm for initial training programs
- Detail financial analysis of different companies
- Presentation on “Bus Rapid Transit” project to senior management
- Preparation and presentation of investment teasers of different companies
- Work on rental contracts & proof reading of few projects
I have learned how to dress up dress up accurately, how to present work to your supervisors, how to identify weakness in your personality and work and remove them with the help of your seniors and partners suggestions.

multinational company, professional environment a lot to learn
Big4 does not need any review. But sometimes leads to exploitation as they know that employes are eager to join therefore they pay less. Interview process is difficult as k about previous job financial market and much more. But still recommend because it will give your career a new height, Only name on your CV is itself a lot.

A great place to work
Management cares about the employees. Flexible working hours and teleworking policy. Incredible benefits . Fun events for the employees and their families. Focus on employee health and environmental sustainability. The employees seem happy and friendly and are genuinely nice to each other.

Friendly Culture and a learning environment
