Job duties
Responsible for routine restaurant general administration duties including license application, correspondences, maintain VIP records, sales reports and analysis and others.
Responsible for repair & maintenance and ensure the Point Of Sale system runs smoothly handling purchasing and coordinate with vendors/suppliers (food & drinks, table wares)
Act as a communication channel between floor team, kitchen team and internal departments act as a secretary in operation meeting for arrangement, preparation of minutes/agendas and coordination on action tasks.
Assist on setting up general retail/operation guide book and best practices to be implemented to floor and kitchen teams.
